Refund request process

Email billing@cloudshiftengine.com with:

  • Customer name
  • Invoice / order reference
  • Short description of the issue

Processing time

Requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.

Fair prorated refund logic

If partial services have been delivered, a fair prorated refund may be applied based on service capacity already consumed.
