Monthly service capacity

*Monthly rate includes 80 man-hours of service, once the hours is consumed you may have to repurchase the plan to continue.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide timely access and information needed for delivery
• Participate in prioritization and approvals
• Maintain secure handling of credentials and internal access

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy.
